Introducing Tapasu – a fresh dining concept that blends the precision and artistry of Japanese cuisine with the relaxed spirit of tapas culture. Small plates and sharing dishes of modern Japanese flavours are served family style at our Chelsea restaurant.
Temaki
The new menu features a vibrant selection of dishes, including our signature Temaki - a hand-rolled variety of sushi characterised by its shape. Our ‘taco-style temaki’ are typical of Northern Japan and consist of rice and toppings in a piece of nori seaweed.
À La Carte Menu
Designed to captivate both seasoned sushi lovers and newcomers to Japanese cuisine, the À La Carte Menu at The Fuji Grill embraces modern Japanese dining trends that favour bite-sized hand rolls, temaki and small plates designed to share.
Omakase
Available every evening between 6pm and 9pm, discover Japanese cuisine over 12 mouth-watering courses with our Sushi Tasting Omakase at Beaverbrook Town House. ‘Omakase’ translates as ‘I leave it up to you’. Your culinary sushi journey of flavours, created by our expert sushi chefs, represents modern Japanese specialities using authentic techniques.

The experience includes everything from our signature temaki to house-made patisserie – all paired with premium Japanese loose-leaf teas for a perfectly balanced indulgence.

On Christmas Day, gather with loved ones to enjoy a thoughtfully crafted menu blending Japanese flair with British tradition. On New Year's Eve, welcome 2026 with an exclusive Omakase Tasting Menu - an intimate culinary journey celebrating the creativity and precision of Japanese dining in the spirited setting of Chelsea.
